Yes! We pick you up or drop you off at any hotel, hostel, lodge, or guesthouse within our service area. Just provide your accommodation details when booking.
We track major flights and adjust where possible. If your flight is delayed, please contact our team so we can reassign you to the next available shuttle.
Yes, Hop Africa operates 7 days a week on all major routes, including Kilimanjaro ↔ Arusha, Moshi, and Zanzibar Airport ↔ Paje, Jambiani, Nungwi.
We offer both! Shared shuttles are more affordable and allow you to travel with other guests, while private transfers are available for those wanting a direct, personalized journey.
Each passenger can bring:
1 large suitcase (max 23kg)
1 small carry-on bag
Extra luggage or oversized items (surfboards, bikes, etc.) must be booked in advance and may incur a small fee.

Yes — prepayment confirms your seat and helps us plan the route efficiently.
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure — full refund.
Cancel within 24 hours — 50% refund.
No-shows — no refund.
Yes, changes are free up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability.
Absolutely — our friendly staff will welcome you, assist with your bags, and ensure they’re safely stored for the journey.
